As I reflect on this past year at the Dorcas Foundation, my heart is filled with gratitude. What we have witnessed together is a powerful reminder of what can happen when faith, compassion, and service come together.
This year, we remained committed to our mission of serving individuals and families with dignity, love, and practical support. Through our outreach efforts, partnerships, and acts of kindness, we were able to touch lives and offer hope where it was most needed. Each moment of service—whether large or small—carried meaning and purpose.
The journey was not without challenges. There were times when resources were stretched and needs continued to grow. Yet, in those moments, we leaned on faith, perseverance, and the strength of our community. Those challenges did not deter us; instead, they strengthened our resolve and reminded us why the work of the Dorcas Foundation is so important.
I am deeply thankful for our volunteers, donors, partners, and supporters who stood with us throughout the year. Your generosity, prayers, and dedication made every achievement possible. You are truly the hands and feet of this mission.
As we look ahead, I am filled with hope and expectation. The coming year brings new opportunities to expand our reach and deepen our impact. I remain committed to leading this foundation with integrity, compassion, and unwavering faith.

Doreen Martin and based in Hartford, Connecticut, USA, the foundation is rooted in the Biblical example of Dorcas, whose life was marked by selfless giving and service to others. We are committed to reaching the whole person—body, soul, and spirit—by cognitively communicating the gospel of Jesus Christ and demonstrating His love through acts of service that bring transformation to individuals, families, and communities.
As a global ministry, The Dorcas Foundation, Inc. seeks to partner with fellow Christians around the world to advance the work of God’s Kingdom. Following the examples of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, we serve the less fortunate and the oppressed, including vulnerable populations such as pregnant teenagers, while promoting holistic well-being, healthy lifestyles, and spiritual growth. Through outreach, discipleship, humanitarian aid, and community engagement, we bear witness to the good news of the gospel of peace and remain steadfast in our mission to win souls for Christ and empower lives through faith in action.
